Orders are confirmed by a member of our team via WhatsApp or email. Pricing, lead times, and shipping options are confirmed in writing before an order is dispatched.

We accept bank transfer and local payment methods agreed at quote time. Specific terms apply to wholesale and recurring orders.

We ship across the UAE and the region. Lead times depend on quantity and destination and are confirmed at quote time.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging. Bulk orders are subject to separate written terms.
